LW Engineering is a member of a family of sister companies with almost 100 years of experience in the field of engineering.

The unique structure of our company enables us to fulfill deadline requirements and to timely and accurately meet the demands of our clients by partnering with our sister companies during peak workloads. This enables us to meet deadlines and client needs by utilizing the abilities of senior engineers and designers with many years of experience in their respective fields of expertise. We believe our relationship with our sister companies provides a distinct advantage to our clients and affords us the freedom to team with our clients to achieve the overall best possible result for each project. By utilizing the available resources of our sister companies when needed, we have the ability to expedite projects much faster than our competitors without sacrificing quality.

We allocate personnel and staff to projects based on the concept of “best resource for the project.” Our personnel have worked in both the private and public sector and are familiar with many methods of project delivery, from classic design/bid/build to full design/build with partnering.

We use a “practical application” approach to all projects throughout the design process. This approach emphasizes the best overall solution, meeting all code requirements, as well as the client’s needs for the best technical solution. Our emphasis is to determine not only the present needs, but the future requirements, as well, so that the client has capabilities for expansion and changes in usage.

Our goal is to go out of our way to create innovative and sustainable designs that ensure occupants always feel comfortable, contractors can build more efficiently, and building owners realize lower first-capital and operating costs.
